References in this Privacy Policy to “we”, “us” or “our” mean Medberry. Medberry is a Limited company registered in the UK at Companies House (registration number 09382108). We control the ways that your personal data are collected and the purposes for which your personal data are used by Medberry and are the “data controller” for the purposes of the UK Data Protection Act 1998, the General Data Protection Regulation 2018 and other applicable European data protection legislation.   We are registered as a data controller with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Our data protection registration number is TBC.

  • From time to time we work with research partners to analyse the Medberry dataset as outlined in our terms and conditions. We do not share your personal data with our research partners

We may make changes to this Privacy Policy from time to time, and we will publish on our website any new version of this Policy.

9 . Auto renewal Subscription

Auto-Renewable Subscriptions allow the user to purchase episodic content or access to dynamic digital content for a set duration time. At the end of each duration, the subscription will renew itself, until a user opts out.  The user can manage their auto-renewing subscription by following the instructions on the Apple website at user requires an current subscription in order to use the services provided by Medberry.
